The Color Meditation is just over 2 minutes. I created it for everyone but especially for those that have never meditated before. It's my way of saying thank you for coming to my page. It's also my way of saying please remember to pause and breathe. Two minutes of deep breathing with your mind focused on various colors could shift your entire day for the better.
This meditation is a great way to introduce kids to meditation. Please see my blog post for more ideas on how to talk to kids about meditation.
