When it comes to creating abundance, one thing I had to learn was how to feel it. You can't think your way into abundance (which you may know if you've repeatedly said to yourself, "I am rich, I am wealthy," and continued to experience debt). You have to feel abundant, vibrate with this energy, and feel it so deeply that you have zero concern it will show up. You simply feel it, let go, and let the laws of the Universe take care of the rest. Once I got it, it was so easy. But getting there was one of the longest journeys of my life. Part of the problem is that it's such a paradox. When you feel lack then you start to focus on worry and limitation. It feeds on itself and snowballs. The more you worry the more stuff shows up for you to worry about.
Conversely, if you feel all your needs are taken care, then it's because they are, and you have no need to try and feel abundant. You just are. How do we make that shift when everything around us is causing us to focus on worry and doubt? This is the question I sought to answer with my Abundance Meditation. My primary goal with this meditation was first of all, to deeply relax your mind. I want your mind to feel soothed so that it can let go and allow in something new - a really good, fulfilling feeling of love and abundance. Once there, the meditation then gently starts bringing up the energy of abundance, and gets your whole body to vibrate with it. This here is the key, this whole body feeling. If you can feel it, you can attract it.
This mediation can be used in conjunction with anything else you are using to work out your abundance blocks. If you have a coach or teacher, use Reiki, or anything else, this will help to support you and accelerate the healing process. The Abundance Meditation is a 28 minute mp3 and $3.
