These seven audios contain powerful healing music that will heal, awaken, and balance your chakras.
Each audio contains a guided visualization in the beginning to focus your energy on one of your 7 chakras. As you bring your energy here, you will call in healing energy and allow the chakra to balance and clear. You will then sit with the singing bowls attuned to that chakra. At the end of the meditation, you will be brought back with another short visualization.
The Chakra Tune-Ups are between 5 and 6 minutes each. You will also get a bonus audio of all the Chakra Tune-Ups together. This 40 minute audio can be used for a deeper meditation experience.
