This meditation is designed to assist you in letting go and surrendering. It's all about tuning into the things that feel so good about fall - comfort, release and appreciating the beauty of nature.
You don't have to go into it with a list of things you're ready to let go of. Going into it with the intention that you release what's ready to go is all you need. To really get into the feeling of surrender you can play it while laying down. You can also play it as you fall asleep and let it work on you through your subconscious.

Fall Meditation Essential Oil
I chose this oil because of its bright, warm and uplifting properties. Vanilla, one of the oils in this blend, is a scent we often associate with pleasurable things, and this may be why it's used as an anti-depressant in aromatherapy.
This oil also includes sandalwood and cedarwood, two earthy scents that really get me into the feeling of autumn.
I also believe that in order to let go of the past, we have to ground ourselves in the present. Living in the present moment allows us to align, here and now, with all the goals and dreams we envision.
