Although winter doesn't officially begin until December 21st, we're going to begin tapping into the quiet stillness of this season now. With the holidays just around the corner, many of us already feel as if everything is going too fast.

​We need a moment to slow down, pause, and catch our breath. And that's what this meditation is all about. It's about pausing, letting go, and taking 5 minutes to find your center. By centering and breathing now, we'll build a solid foundation that will carry us through these busy months. And remember, this meditation will always be here, so keep it in mind anytime you feel yourself losing your sense of calm and inner connection.
