​I was recently in a yoga class where the teacher began by having us visualize a light in our heart and at the top of our head. As soon as I did this, I felt so much peace and healing energy come over me. As I flowed through the class, holding these lights in my awareness, I wanted to share this powerful visual with you. I turned it into a 5 minute meditation and expanded the experience. Along with meditating on these lights, you will experience a waterfall of healing light and love. I hope you enjoy!
