If you want to change the momentum of your life and improve your days, the two best times to do that are in the evening and the morning. If you go to bed thinking about all that went wrong in your day you will marinate in those negative feelings all night. However, if you go to bed having released the day, thinking positive intentions, and embracing the newness of tomorrow, you will find yourself waking up refreshed, happy and ready.
In this episode, we are going to prepare ourselves for peaceful and healing slumber. We will surrender the day and breathe in the love the Universe has for us. We will visualize tomorrow being amazing. And we will trust that the Universe will continue to work magic on our behalf, even while we sleep.
