Close your eyes. Take a deep breath. And with the exhale, let everything that's behind you fall away. There's no effort neccessary. If it's ready to go, it will go, with the same and ease and grace of an autumn leaf tumbling from its branch. Feel it all tumbling down, returning to the earth, so that it may decompose, nourish the soil, and assist in the growth of something new.
