Morning Meditation: 14 minutes Deeply connect to God, the Universe and your guides and angels. Breathe in all of the love, support and new opportunities that are here for you. You will see it in your muscles, so your movements are carried by it throughout the day. You will bring it into your eyes and ears, so that you see and hear with positive intentions of love. And you will fill your mind with it, so that your thoughts, feelings and memories are full of high vibrations. From here, you will ask the Universe to deepen your connection to your guides, angels and God. You will remember that this day is entirely new, and all things are possible. You will open up to the infinite possibilities of this new day, and see it not as a predictable and boring day, but one that is open, full of beautiful surprises and expansive.
