Full Moon Meditation

​I am seeing so many posts about the full moon tomorrow, and I'll tell you, I'm feeling this energy! I was tossing and turning a lot last night, just feeling my mind and body pulsing with energy. I've also been noticing things I put into motion beginning to go from seed to bloom. A shift is happening. I'm feeling different and coming into a new space. I hope this shift is a positive one for you as well!
