Gratitude is a practice that brings us endless benefits. Not only is it good for our spirit, but it's good for our body as well. Practicing gratitude has been proven to reduce stress, improve our immune system, and decrease symptoms of depression. In this episode, we're going to spend some time experiencing the healing power of gratitude.
If you would like a deeper experience with gratitude, I recommend "Gratitude Daily" by Nataly Kogan. I'm on day 16 of 21 and I have learned so much! I have been practicing gratitude for awhile, and I was amazed how much this book had to teach me. If you experience a lot of anxiety this book has some great tips on how to use gratitude as an antidote. I was surprised how well it worked! If your local library uses Hoopla you should be able to borrow it for free.
