One thing I've always loved doing is taking a daily walk. I walk at any time of day. In the morning, right after my cup of coffee. In the afternoon, when I need a break from the desk. After dinner, when I just need to move a little. And I even walk at night, when everything is quiet and I can just marinate in my own little world as I enjoy the stillness.
I love taking walks and try to get out every day. Lately, I have been loving seeing the leaves change as fall settles in. I'm in Northern California, so we tend to see the leaves change a little later than a lot of people. Some of you might already be heading into winter (or summer if you're in the southern hemisphere!).
I hope you're enjoying the changing of the seasons also. Fall and winter are truly some of my favorite seasons for reflection, inner growth, and healing what's ready to go.
