Repeat the words below slowly, really letting them sink in. Notice if anything comes up as you do so. You might start to get twinges of countering thoughts such as, "I attract good AND bad, I need to be cautious." Or you might just get a feeling, a heavy feeling that makes you want to stop because you don't feel amazing, so how can you be a magnet for the amazing? Whatever it is that comes up, if anything, just notice it. Imagine you step a few feet away and you just look at it. You don't try to do anything with it, you don't argue with it, you don't accept it. You just see it. And as you step back and notice from this detached place continue to repeat the mantra.
Repeat it slowly. Let it go through you like a river of slow moving lava, just pushing through, unstoppable, but not rushing, and not afraid of anything in its path.
