This meditation is both a powerful chakra healing tool and a means of surrendering. It will take you through an energy exercise that will bring healing and balance into your first three chakras. These lower chakras are deeply connected to the rhythms of the earth. Working with the energy of fall to heal and balance them will naturally restore harmony with your own inner rhythms.
Along with this, you will go through a soul soothing visualization exercise for letting go.
This exercise uses the visuals of falling leaves and a river. After it's done, you will feel lighter and more at peace. Your meditation will end with a final healing exercise, which will prepare you to go forward energized and open to beautiful new things. This meditation comes with an abridged version. This ten minute Fall Meditation will allow you to let go when you have less time or less energy for the full. You won't go through the chakra healing exercise, but you will still experience the healing power of fall and surrendering.
