Wanting to manifest a soul mate, a healthy relationship, and a partner that sees, values, and honors you is one of the most common goals people have when working with the Law of Attraction.

It's not surprising that love and partnership are some of our top priorities, as we are built for connection, and connection is a vital part of the human experience. PLEASE NOTE: The majority of this episode is visualization - it is best experienced with your eyes closed and with full focus.

In order to help you to manifest the person of your dreams, I've created this powerful guided visualization for you. During this episode, you will go through a brief introduction to visualization and why it works. This will be followed by the bulk of the episode, which is a powerful visualization exercise that will magnetize you to not only a loving partner, but to a partner who values and prioritizes you. Manifest a Healthy & Loving Relationship with Visualization

Hello and welcome to The Healing Sanctuary! This week I’m talking about how you can use visualization to manifest a relationship that is healthy, fulfilling, and deeply loving. This is one of the most common desires that people have when they’re trying to manifest, and it’s not really surprising considering we are creatures built for connection. Connection is a vital part of our human experience, and we all want to feel connected to someone who makes us feel seen and valued. I would say love and abundance are the two big ones, and I did an episode on using visualization with abundance a few weeks ago.

During this episode, I’m going to guide you through some visualization practices that will help you to get into the energy that aligns with your desire. I’m also going to use these visualization to help you to raise your self-worth, your sense of inner value. Feeling worthy of the person you love is an essential part of the manifesting process, and so we’re going to get many uses out of the visualizations today.

First of all, a quick note on how and why visualization works. When you visualize, you are creating a vision of what you want to happen on an energetic level. You are creating a future event, and as you see this vision in your mind, this future event is real on an energetic level. When you see yourself being held by the person of your dreams, you are having that experience energetically. You are creating that experience in a future moment, perhaps very soon, that you yourself will arrive at. You are using visualization as a way to direct your energy in the direction you want it to go. You are working in direct relationship with the Law of Attraction, with the unlimited energy of the Universe, and with the quantum field.

In the quantum field, all of time is happening at once. Past, present, and future are all realities that can be accessed. And so you are going into the future, creating that reality, and because all of time is happening at once, that reality is now real, and you, as the physical being you are, will soon step into that energetic reality and be one with it.

I recently did an episode that went into a lot more detail on the quantum field, and this discussion focused on using it to heal the past. Today, we’re talking about it as a way to direct and create your future, but you can always go back and listen to that episode for a deeper understanding of how it works and why working with the quantum field is powerful.

Although there is a lot more to say about visualization and why it works, I’m going to end the discussion there. I do have other episodes on this subject that I will link to in my episode notes. But I don’t want to go too into depth today because I’ve covered this subject before, and I really just want to get into the visualizations so you can experience how it works and marinate in the process.

I’m going to play some music now to help you to focus. If you can, please find a quiet place where you can sit with your eyes closed. If you are not able to sit down or close your eyes, just be sure it’s safe to give your attention to this right now. If you need to pause and come back to this episode later, please do so.

I’m going to have you begin by taking a few deep breaths, in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Bring your awareness fully onto your body. Become aware of your body and the space its in. Feel yourself fully in this moment, as your breath roles in and out. Notice your breath as it comes in, fills you, and then goes back out into the air around you. Follow your breath in and out, in and out…

We’re going to begin with some powerful self-love visualizations, because the relationship you have with yourself determines all of your other relationships. How you treat yourself is the foundation of how you ask others to treat you. Your inner world determines your external world, and so to ensure the most loving, healthy relationship possible shows up, we’re going to get you aligned in the place it matters most – with your own self.

I want you to visualize your own self coming and standing before you. This other you sees you with complete love, compassion, and grace. They look at you with the kind of love that says, “I see you, and I cherish you.” They look at you with complete love for all of who you are, for all you’ve overcome, and for all you’re blossoming into.

This other you then tells you all the reasons they love you. They tell you why you are worthy of their love, and they tell you what makes you a valuable part of this world.

And now I want you to visualize yourself telling this other you what you want in your partner. And I want you to focus on telling this other you what you want your partner to make you feel. Do you want a partner that makes you feel safe? Do you want a partner that makes you feel seen and heard? Tell your other self all about what you really want deep down, and see your own self listening and validating that you can have that and that you’re worthy of that.
 
Now I want you to see yourself telling this other you all of the positive qualities you see in them. I want you to tell them about themselves, about what makes them unique, valuable, and special. Tell them about their qualities like honesty and compassion, tell them about what they do that makes them fun or interesting, tell them about what you see in them that perhaps no one else sees. Describe your own self to your self, and in the most loving and kind way possible.
 
We’re now going to move into the relationship visualizations. I want you to see yourself at a cozy coffee shop with the person of your dreams. You are sitting across from each other, looking lovingly at each other, and you feel complete love, acceptance, and security. You have no doubt that this person loves you, that they see you, and that they appreciate you. You have no doubt that you are safe with this person, as you know how honest and kind they are.

As you sit across from the love of your life, really see the details of this beautiful moment. See the coffee or tea you’re drinking. See the table. Hear the sounds of the coffee shop. Smell the aromas of the café. Notice what you’re wearing. What is your partner wearing? Notice how your sitting. Are you holding hands, are you leaning in close?

And now see this person telling you all the reasons that they love you. See their eyes light up with joy as they express to you what you mean to them. And see yourself receiving this love and admiration freely and comfortably. Let them pour love into you, see you, and shower you with appreciation as you feel from deep within, I am worthy of this.

Now see yourself giving the love back. Not because you feel obligated to, but because it feels you with joy in return to show your appreciation and your love. Tell this person why you love them. And be sure to include how they make you feel.

You’re now going to take the visualization into the home you share with your partner. This is your visualization, so let yourself see the home you'd love to share with your soulmate. See a home you are beyond happy to be sharing together, and that you feel so much gratitude for. Get a clear picture of this home. See the size, how it’s decorated, what the lighting is like. Are there candles burning? Does it smell like anything? Is there music playing?

And now I want you to see yourself sitting on the couch at the end of a long and very bad day. You’ve really had a rough day, and you are in need of some love and support.

Your partner comes home and they ask with genuine interest and concern how your day was. As you pour your heart out, they envelope you in complete love and support. You feel completely safe and held and taken care of by your partner. You know they want to be there for you, and you know they value you and see your needs as equal and important in this relationship. Your partner listens with love and patience, and they give you the exact reassurance you need.

And then they do something special for you, such as starting a bath, without you even having to ask. You feel so much gratitude and connection for this special person.
 
Now see you and your partner in your bedroom or wherever you like to enjoy intimacy together.

This is your visualization, and so you can see this in whatever way intimacy feels best to you. This may include sex or it may not include it at all. It may include fetishes or kinks, something you want that you’ve never shared with anyone, or aspects of your sexuality you want to explore. See yourself in a space of physical intimacy and in a way that feels satisfying, safe, and supportive to both of you.

See yourself openly and comfortably expressing your desires. See yourself sharing what it is you want and need, and being completely heard and validated. And see your partner sharing with you what they want, and in a way that is respectful and validating of you. See yourselves communicating openly and honestly, and listening to each other with complete trust and consideration.

See yourself in your most intimate moments in a state of deep connection, not just physically, but emotionally as well. See yourselves both feeling safe to be vulnerable, and both being deeply loved and valued, just as you are.
 
And now see you and your partner on a beach vacation together. You are sitting in the sand, deeply in love and in love with this serene setting. As you sit together, you talk comfortably and lovingly about your future together. You feel no anxiety or stress about this. You are open about your needs and feelings, and you feel deeply seen, heard, and valued. Your partner is in turn open, honest and communicative about where you’re at and where they see in the coming years. There is a sense of security and safety here, as you are both secure in this relationship and looking forward to the future you’re going to share together. You feel happiness and gratitude that this is the person you will be spending your life with, and as you sit with this, you soak in the knowing that you are worthy, you are worthy of all the love you are receiving, and you feel that your partner appreciates you as much you do them.
 
Bring your awareness back onto your breath. Come back into the present moment, and become aware of the space you’re in. Ground back into your body by focusing on your breath as it rolls in and out.
 
As you come back fully, take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
