This website, Do Nothing for 2 Minutes, has been around for years. Today I stumbled upon it again and I remembered how nice it is when you're feeling scattered or unclear. You really can restore so much well-being in 2 minutes. I sat listening, quietly, doing nothing, and I knew at the end of it how I wanted to fix a scene I'd been working on last night.
