This beautiful and impressive video comes from Mary Doodles Youtube page. When we are transitioning to the next phase of our life one symbol we can look to is the phoenix. The phoenix, in mythology, would rise from the ashes of its predecessor. It's an apt symbol for total destruction, seeing our lives going up in smoke, only to find something even better arises in its place. I think this is also a good story to turn to when we have a fear of change, as the change is necessary in this story for the thing that's meant to be born to come forth.
