Thoughts ARE Things
A popular expression these days is thoughts become things.
It's a great way to get us to consider how our thoughts create and lead our life. However, it can also put us in the energy of only believing things manifest in the future. All of our thoughts will become what we want... one day. Tomorrow. Next week. Next year. It doesn't matter when, what matters is that they will materialize, these thoughts will become something... eventually.
To harness the power of your thoughts and your mind now, try this instead - Thoughts ARE things.
Imagine your thoughts are real, they have mass. You create them and something is literally created in this world. Something that draws more to itself. Like a new planet absorbing meteors and comets. Try visualizing each thought as a bubble that flows from your physical mind out into the non-physical realm.
In the non-physical, this very real thought bubble seeks out other similar feeling bubbles.
A thought of success goes out and finds an action, not yet materialized that matches it - if the idea of success makes you happy, then the action will be happy. If the idea of success makes you afraid, then the resulting action will be overwhelming or fraught with pitfalls.
If the idea of success feels impossible, then the connections will be dead ends, disappointing or continually fall apart. It's all up to you.
The thoughts are real now and becoming something now, even if we don't see it with our physical eyes. After these bubbles connect with these elements in the non-physical, they flow back to our physical world, where they show themselves to our physical being.
But not once was the thought ever waiting to become real. It was real all along, and connecting and making things happen all along.
It just didn't reveal itself until our neighbor surprised us with a fresh baked pie, or conversely, with an angry rant about our lawn.
Thoughts do become physical things. But thoughts also ARE things, in a non-physical way. Use this knowledge to your advantage. First of all, so you will be more aware and conscious of thoughts you're thinking. Second of all, so that you won't doubt this principle is real.
The doubt that thoughts can show up and create our life IS a thought, and that doubt will draw to it all of the things that reaffirm to you what it is you are thinking about.
Now close your eyes, pull up the happiest thought you can, and visualize this mass of happiness flowing into the non-physical. And let it go. Trust it's real and it will work it's magic to flow that happiness back to you ten times over.
