One thing that has always fascinated me about life is how all people are connected by an invisible field. We often speak of the "Oneness" of humanity when we're referring to something that has to do with love and peace. However, the Oneness we all seem to be a part of is so much more mysterious and powerful than we give it credit for.
To think of ourselves as one body in which each part is equal and worthy of love IS a powerful concept in itself. But there's more to it than that. So much more.
There's a way we connect, all of us, that defies all logic and reason, and yet we've all experienced it.
At some point in your life something has happened that made you wonder... what are we all really capable of? Who are we really? What are we?
For example, someone has called you at the precise moment you were thinking of them. A person showed up with the exact thing you needed. Another person cancelled that thing you REALLY didn't want to do. Someone randomly tells you about this thing, it changes your life, and you wonder, what are the odds of that person crossing my path and telling me about that????
It's as if these people knew what you wanted or needed. Some of them came to you from so far away it was downright impossible they received your thought waves. And yet, seemingly... they did. Or did they? Is it really possible to communicate with people telepathically, across any and all distances?
If it was possible, the first thing we'd need is a field that we're all tapped into and that connects us all together. Have we got that? We sure do. We live in a world that is enmeshed in a magnetic field. That's why we have north and south poles. There is a field inside of the earth that radiates out into the atmosphere, thus allowing birds to navigate and compasses to direct us.
Earth's magnetic field, also known as the geomagnetic field, is the magnetic field that extends from the Earth's interior out into space, where it meets the solar wind, a stream of charged particles emanating from the Sun. - Wikipedia
But if there is a magnetic field, how do we interact with it?
We, when alive and pulsing with heat and activity, conduct electricity. Your brain creates currents of electricity, which go all throughout your body as messages and sensations. To say we are like computers has never been that far off base.
Your brain produces about 20 watts of electricity. It takes around 250 watts to run a desktop computer, or the electricity of 12 brains. You are not just an inert form of organic matter. You are alive and electric and constantly sending electrical impulses throughout your body.
But does our electric nature have anything to do with the magnetic field of the world? Yes! This is where things get fascinating and, if you're like me, pretty damn exciting.
Essentially, the electricity flowing within you creates microscopic magnetic fields. And the magnetic fields assist in the flowing of the electricity.
Flowing electrons produce a magnetic field, and spinning magnets cause an electric current to flow. Electromagnetism is the interaction of these two important forces. - Science A-Z
The gazillions of electrons within us mean that every inch of our body is electric and magnetic, which perhaps makes our bodies powerful conductors that send and receive messages through the unified field of magnetism we are all enmeshed in.
We've known about magnetism in the mind for awhile. MRIs, which stands for Magnetic Resonance Imaging, use the minuscule magnetic forces within our bodies in order to map what's happening in in the unseen world within us.
We know that electrical activity in the brain creates small magnetic fields. We know that the electricity produced in our minds runs throughout our bodies via our central nervous system, turning us into electromagnetic beings. We also know that a magnetic force encircles and interacts with this entire world.
But what do these two things mean together? Is this proof that we are all somehow connected by invisible forces?
I cannot say, with the information that I have, that this is definitive proof that we are all communicating with each other through unseen channels. I can only say that there is definite evidence that this has legitimate potential to be studied and verified.
As we further our studies of human potential and open our minds to what's really possible we will most likely find we are far more fascinating and capable than we ever imagined. We will also find that nothing we think and feel occurs in a vacuum. Perhaps through the magnetic field, or perhaps through something as yet undiscovered, we are all communicating and connecting all the time.
If you knew that all of your thoughts and feelings went into an invisible field and were capable of connecting you to anyone, at anytime, how would that change things for you? Would you be more mindful of your thoughts and feelings?
Perhaps you would be more encouraged to focus on what you want, knowing that someone will receive the message and give you the precise tool or step you need to get there. Perhaps you will focus more on peace for people who are struggling, knowing they too receive your messages.
Or perhaps you will just look at yourself and humanity anew, knowing that we have only begun to understand what it means to be human and alive on this planet.
