As you sit or stand reading this, notice how your body posture is. Are you hunched forward? Are your shoulders pulled up and tense? Is your face pinched and holding tension? What about your jaw?
Take a moment and try and let some of that tension melt. Breathe into the places you're holding yourself tight and let them unwind. Relax your face and your jaw. Relax your shoulders. Do a couple of neck rolls.
