This meditation has two purposes. It will first connect you to a Higher Dimensional Goddess who will offer you insight, guidance and healing. It will then help you to remember that you are also a Goddess, and the divine feminine lives within you. It's 18 minutes long and has extended music after to allow you extra time to sit with the Goddess, the healing and your own divine power.
During this meditation you will connect with a powerful, loving Goddess who wants to work with you at this time. You may go into it with someone in mind, or you may see who shows up during the meditation. Some examples of Goddesses to work with are Kali Ma, Shakti, Mary Magdalene, Isis, Venus and Lakshmi.
