A deeply calming and restorative meditation, All Is Well seeks to take your focus off of what's going wrong in your life, the world, etc., and bring it back onto the love and support that transcends everything.
In this world, tuning into the feeling that all is well can seem impossible. How can we see all of the problems of not only our own lives, but of the world at large, and tell ourselves all is well? That can feel like anything from irrational to thoughtless to the suffering of others. However, feeding into the energy that things are bad and only getting worse doesn't help anyone.
This is a world where thoughts and feelings spread like wildfire. What you radiate goes into the collective energy. If we truly want to see "all is well" in this world we've got to start putting that energy out. Each of us has the power to accept or reject what the world is telling us.
We can reject the idea that this world is broken and falling apart.
We can accept the idea that we are the powerful creators of our lives, and we are part of an ever evolving co-creative process.
Everything begins within.
You cannot help anyone until you've helped yourself. And in truth, helping yourself IS what helps others. Never underestimate the power of the ripple effect. Uplifting your life will uplift and inspire those around you. When you take care of yourself you position yourself to offer love, support, compassion and resources to others. But please don't feel you are obligated to save the world. No one's asking you to do that. That would dis-empower those who are on their own journey to finding their own sense of truth, strength and inner divinity.
All you are being asked to do during this meditation is to tune into the feeling that all is well. Tune into that feeling, take it in over and over, and notice what happens. You may feel subtle shifts in perspective. You may notice things start flowing easier. And in time, you may just notice that your whole life has shifted and all is truly well.
The background music to this is called Constellation. It's a soft and airy piece that will help you float and relax and breathe in all is well.
This soul soothing meditation will help you to release dense energy and get back into the high vibrating, uplifting energy that fills your life with love and joy. It will help you to feel calm, light and deeply supported. It offers to uplift your energy and spirits in the same way time in nature does.
