Dream baby Dream

I am so in love with this song right now.  This is actually a cover, the song was originally written and recorded by the band Suicide. I enjoy that version, but there is something about The Boss's deep voice that draws me in each time I play his version. This version is also much shorter, and the repeating of lines like "Come on, we gotta keep the light burning" and "Come on and open up your heart" feels like kirtan, which is mantras being sung as a form of meditation. 

​Also, knowing a bit about Bruce's story, his struggle with depression, and how much he has inspired millions of people really makes this song special to me. Please enjoy, and don't forget to dream on. Dream baby dream.
