Meditation Re-Release: Complete Chakra Balancing

Many years after I made the original version, I have made a new and improved version of the Complete Chakra Balancing meditation. This re-release comes with three versions. You'll get a 15 minute deep healing version, a 10 minute restorative version, and 1 hour version for deep meditation or falling asleep.

You can play the ten minute version here, which includes the background music "Heaven and Earth" by Christopher Lloyd Clarke. The 15 minute and 1 hour versions each use a giant Tibetan singing bowl as their background track. This Tibetan singing bowl will help to quiet your mind and soothe your spirits with its deep vibrations.
