I have always found that a walk through the neighborhood, especially when the sun is out, is a great mood lifter. If you're struggling with some heavy feelings today, and it's possible for you, try to get outside and move around. Take some deep breaths. Listen to the sounds of what's around you. Just let yourself be and take a break from wrestling with whatever's in your mind. You can return to it later with a new perspective and renewed energy.
