Plant flowers, calm self

Next to taking photos, spending time in my garden is my second most favorite way to calm my anxiety. I love watching the plants grow and change through the seasons. If you have a garden, do you have a favorite plant? Mine is my artichokes, which are about half way through their current cycle.
