This meditation will fill you with feelings of strength and inner calm. I created it when I had an especially difficult week. The kind where everything is happening at once, and you just need a moment to pause and catch your breath.
It can be used as a means of centering and finding stillness when you need a break from the news, politics, and so on. And above all, it can be used simply to relax and feel the eternal light that dwells within you.
