When we think of healing, we often think of something that occurs in the present and then carries into our future. If you heal yourself in this moment, then that healing will carry forward into everything you experience in the coming days, weeks, and years. It will NOT heal your past, as that is something that already happened, and came before what's happening now.
This idea that healing is a linear thing is based in our perception of 3-D reality. We experience time as a series of events occurring in a before and after sequence, and so we base all of our concepts of healing around that.
When we view healing in this linear way, healing the past is impossible. It's a fixed thing that happened before, and what's done is done. You can only try to change and undo as much as you can here in the present, and create your future based on what you are doing in the here and now. You have to work with everything that came before, and build upon the experiences that led to this moment.
But what if you didn't have to continue on from what happened before, but you could instead rewrite what happened, and continue on from an entirely different place?
This is the essence of quantum healing, which is you going into your past, changing the thing you want to heal from in the moment it happened, and then finding who you would be from this place. When we revisit a traumatic moment and change the energy that was created in that moment, then we carry an entirely new energetic signature into our present. And we build our present self based off of that, and healing becomes much easier, faster, and more effective.
When we change negative experiences in the past into positive ones, our entire sense of self rebuilds around that and integrates the new energy into our present self. This does not mean we are pretending that what we want to change never happened at all. We aren't ignoring the experiences we did have. Instead, we're lowering their intensity so that we can insert a new story and experience in their place.
This is sort of like when you erase writing written with a pencil. What was written there can still be faintly seen. It's not as if it never existed. It's just been toned down or faded away enough that something new can be written in its place.
Quantum healing is built around the theory that all of time is happening at once.
Your past still exists as an energetic point in the fabric of time. And because everything is energy, working with the energy of your "past" is as profound and effective as working with the energy of your present.
You, right here and now, are both physical and energetic. Your past self no longer exists as physical matter, but it does still exist as energy. And you can work with that energy. You can access it through the quantum field. The easiest way to access the quantum field is through meditation and highly focused visualization.
Imagine if you could, your younger self having an experience that negatively impacted their sense of self. And imagine if you could, YOU stepping back into that very real moment and hugging yourself and holding yourself. Imagine you receiving that love and support and encouragement. And now imagine that, rather than internalizing the negative impact, your younger self internalizes your love and a sense of worthiness. And now imagine that you, as the person you are, receive a new sense of self based around that.
When you heal yourself from the past going forward, rather in the present going forward, you greatly accelerate and increase your healing. You find who you would have been had everything happened in a way that supported you. You find your biggest and brightest potential, and you integrate that self into you and become one with it.
