​This is a meditation that will connect you to the power within you. The power that comes from your connection to the Universe, the stars, God and your infinite Higher Self. The power that lets you know everything you need is already inside of you, it's a natural part of you and is always available to you. 

This is not a meditation that seeks to reprogram your mind or self-esteem through mantras or affirmations. Instead, it seeks to remind you of the truth of who and what you really are, so that you can know yourself in a new way. 

This meditation is also designed to deepen your connection to your abilities as a creator. This can help with manifesting, but the intention is put on knowing your worth, your truth, and not on manifesting abundance or love. In my meditation shop you'll find things specifically designed for manifesting, finding love and other things, and this meditation will support and enhance those.

This meditation comes with an abridged version for you to use when you want to tune in but have less time and/or energy. It's 11 minutes long, and although it won't take you on as deep of a journey, it will still relax you and help you to let go of all the mental clutter holding you back. The full meditation ends at 32 minutes, however the music will continue to play for another half an hour, in case you'd like to play this at night and fall asleep listening to it.
