For remembering you are a sacred gift and life is full of miraculous moments.

​This meditation will ground you into your heart and connect you to your I AM presence. From this place of deep, inner connection you will allow the Gold Ray of Christ to enter through the top of your head and come down your body. This ray has no religious association, but is simply an energy carrying the highest vibrations of love and joy.

The golden​​ ray will light up your heart and expand to fill your entire auric field with its warm, rich & healing golden glow. At this point you will remind yourself that you are a miracle, and your very presence can effortlessly attract more miracles as you already vibrate as one.

This meditation begins with the background music Divine Love, a short piece that will connect you to your heart chakra. It then transitions into Wandering in the Warmth as you welcome in the warm, golden ray of energy. The composer says this about it: 

Wandering in the Warmth is a quieting arrangement of chord progressions that slowly blur from one to the next, gently massaging the mind and soothing one’s nerves.

At the end of the meditation peaceful and soft music will continue to play. You can therefore use this meditation for falling asleep and allow yourself to receive the healing on a subconscious level.
