This meditation is different than any of my other ones. It only has guidance in the beginning and end, the majority of it repeating the mantra, "I am the Universe, the Universe is me." The background is HU, a mantra like OM, being sung by 2,000 people.
HU is a mantra that is described as "a love song to God." Like OM, it's meant to work on deep layers of your being and help you to commune with the divinity that is within everything, from you to the farthest corner of the Universe. The words repeat at a specific pace, which I consider the pulse or beat of the Universe. If you can, try to feel into this rhythm as you listen and see if you can feel yourself opening and expanding, breathing and flowing, your soul breathing also, as one with All That Is.

This powerful meditation will bring in healing to all 7 of your Chakras. The background track is a deeply meditative Tibetan singing bowl. As you relax and soak in the Tibetan bowls vibrations, your energy centers will clear, heal, and balance. I recommend using over the ear headphones (or noise cancelling if you have them) to fully experience the Tibetan bowl. This meditation comes with a bonus 10 minute version, which has lighter music, for days when you are wanting a less intense experience.
