This meditation is designed to assist you in letting go and surrendering. It's all about tuning into the things that feel so good about fall - comfort, release and appreciating the beauty of nature. You don't have to go into it with a list of things you're ready to let go of. Going into it with the intention that you release what's ready to go is all you need.
