This meditation is different than any other of my other ones. It only has guidance in the beginning and end, the majority of it repeating the mantra, "I am the Universe, the Universe is me."
The background is HU, a mantra like AUM, being sung by 2,000 people.
HU is a mantra that is described as "a love song to God." Like AUM, it's meant to work on deep layers of your being and help you to commune with the divinity that is within everything, from you to the farthest corner of the Universe.
The words repeat at a specific pace, which I consider the pulse or beat of the Universe. If you can, try to feel into this rhythm as you listen and see if you can feel yourself opening and expanding, breathing and flowing, your soul breathing also, as one with All That Is.
The meditation suggests breathing in rhythm with the words, but this might be difficult to do. Try to do it as long as you can because the deep, rhythmic breathing will really help you to clear, heal, detoxify, relax, slow down into allowing, connect to your spirit and open up. If anything comes up, take note of it.
Because of the unique nature of this meditation you might get some much needed guidance, or even a higher perspective on yourself and your life.
This meditation is in fact designed to connect you more with your Higher Self, with your Inner You, which is the you that helps you to effortlessly create and manifest in this world. Your Inner You is your I AM presence, also sometimes called your Higher Self, or your Eternal Self. Connecting with your I AM presence is a unique journey that unfolds over time, in a way that's right for you, and this meditation can help assist you in that. If you're here, then know it's for a reason, and you're already on your way.
The beginning and end of the meditation will help you to ground, which is especially important so that you keep your sense of balance. This can also be a wonderful meditation to play at night to help you fall asleep, especially if you want to fill your mind with positive thoughts and intentions as you go to sleep.
