This soul soothing audio is part meditation, part relaxation, and part energy healing. As you lay back, releasing and relaxing, you will be guided through a series of powerful visuals. These will help you to release negative thinking and welcome in positive new beliefs. You will also welcome in Divine support, which will bring you everything you need at this time. After you are deeply relaxed, the energy healing will begin. You will finish feeling refreshed, supported, and nourished.

The first part of this audio will take you through a series of visualizations that will deepen your healing experience. They will relax you, as well as prepare you for deep levels of healing, release, and restoration.
Once the guided portion ends, the energy healing will continue and deepen. As I transmit the healing you may hear me using the Ujjayi pranayama. This is also known as the ocean breath and is a very deep, rhythmic breathing often used in yoga and meditation. It’s a powerful breath that clears energy and connects deep within to your spirit. Allow the Ujjayi pranayama to deepen your relaxation, as it will remind you to breathe slow and deep yourself.
For the first time using this healing audio, you may want to create your own healing ritual. Light a candle, put your favorite stone or crystal beside you, and call in your personal support (guides, angels, etc). Find a comfortable place to lay down on your back with your palms facing up. Don’t worry if you fall asleep during the audio – you will always get the healing you are meant to.
The healing will conclude with another short visualization process. This will return you back to the present and anchor in these healing energies for the rest of the day.
Please take your time getting up afterwards. Drink some water and take some deep breaths. This audio may feel quite powerful at first, and so you may want to use it at night or when you can rest afterwards. After you are used to it, it can be a wonderful way to start your day, as it will continue to heal you for the next 24 hours.
