This meditation works with the beautiful imagery and symbols of winter in order to refresh your spirits and release all that you're done with.
With a chill in the air and the nights long, winter is a season that calls us to turn inwards. It's a time of reflection, pausing, and nourishing our spirits. In this meditation, you will nurture that feeling of pausing, resting, and self-care. It's like drinking a mug of warm cider by the fire after a long, cold day.
Just as the snow melts and clears the way for spring's renewal, your stress, worries, and fatigue will melt off of you, clearing the way for your own inner rebirthing. You will release all that's ready to go, clearing the way for a brilliant new year. You will also tune into the love and joy that is so natural to your soul, which will align you with the energy of all the beautiful things you're calling into your life.
Along with being used for healing and rejuvenation, this meditation is also designed to be used with the winter solstice.
It can be used on that day, December 21st, leading up to it, or afterwards, as a way to embrace the coming light. As we turn the corner from the darkness back to the light, the cabin will assist you in releasing all that no longer serves you. It will cleanse you and prepare you for the New Year. A year filled with love, light and eternal support.
This meditation is 30 minutes long. The downloaded file contains 30 extra minutes of music, and so the file you download will be 60 minutes long. This will help you if you want to use this as a sleep aid for healing and blissful dreams.
