Now imagine doing that for 2 minutes longer tomorrow. Does that feel possible? If yes, then you're ready to start building your meditation practice. Each meditation will allow you to deepen what you learned previously. Eventually, you will reach the full 20 minute meditation. This may sound impossible at this time, but you will get there, 2 minutes at a time.

Once you've completed the 10 meditations that compromise the course, you have several options available. You can go back and continue to use any of the shorter meditations in order to continue building your daily practice. You can use the bonus meditations to experience practicing what you learned (see more below). Or you can use any of the resources I list in your package in order to expand on what you learned.

This workbook will guide you through your entire meditative journey. It will introduce you to meditation, provide tips on how to begin, and walk you through each meditation before you do it.
